Pity Birmingham Council too stingy to retain old binbag collection of garden waste. 50% use of Norris Way is for people to dispose of this type of greenery. Instead you can pay for an inadequate brown bin that is never large enough to hold garden waste and is pnly collected fortnightly. It most cost far more in peoples time and pollution from increased vehicle traffic than paying for the old collectiom method.
